Yelvertoft is a beautifully presented brand new 57’ reverse style Semi Trad built on a Steve Heywood shell and beautifully fitted out in oak faced ply with a Karndean floor by Yelvertoft Marina in Oct 2018.
The Beta 43 engine is under the rear deck and only has 11 hours on the clock. The gas bottles are housed in the bench / locker on the starboard side.
The steps descend into the spacious galley. The worktops are oak blockboard and there is plenty of storage in the various cupboards & drawers. The utilities comprise of a large 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, a 12v fridge with icebox, microwave oven and stainless steel sink. A side hatch in here adds light and air.
The L shaped dinette follows. This turns into a spare double berth and has storage under. There are two demountable tables giving the option of half or full length tables.
This leads into the saloon area. The starboard side has a long bank of under-gunwale shelves (also incorporating the TV) with the solid fuel stove at the end, and the port side offers another side hatch and room for either a sofabed or a couple of armchairs with a cupboard at the end.
A central door leads into the walk through bathroom. The loo is a Thetford cassette, and the shower is a vinyl lined quadrant cubicle. The heated towel rail is next to the ceramic counter top basin.
The bedroom is in the forward cabin; the fixed double beds’ baseboard hydraulically lifts to expose storage underneath, and there are generous sized cupboards / wardrobes at the foot of the bed. A cupboard / dressing table sits opposite. Glazed front doors leads out to the front deck, under which is the large water tank.
Central heating on board is a diesel fired Eberspacher boiler; lighting is all LED and 230v is supplied either through the 3kw inverter or landline hook up. Hot water is supplied by either the Eberspacher, engine or immersion heater (when on landline). She also has a large bank of four domestic batteries.
Windows on board are all double glazed.
She is a lovely boat, ready for immediate occupation and cruising.
